Please note that the label is valid for 7 days after being issued. Once it is invalid, after-sale requests should be raised within 30 days of order delivery.
After the returned packages arrive at our local facilities, our staff will do a quality inspection within 7 days. If there is no further issue, we will refund you accordingly
1. Pack Up Products
①Pack up the product the same way as it is delivered
A.Please use transparent tapes instead colored ones.
B.Please do not leave any irrelevant paperwork in the packaing.
P.s 1:If you are not using the original packaging for returns, please make sure to notify our customer service representative.
P.s 2:Please do not pack different products in the same package. If you must to do so, please let our customer service representattive know beforehand.
②Return for Large Furniture
Please prepare a pallet by yourself and make sure packages are secured on the pallet on the pick-up date.
2. Print Out Stickers and Labels
①Print out stickers and tape them on the matching packages.
A.If you make multiple purchases with the same product, you need to print out multiple stickers.
B.If the product is compromised into multiple packages, please put the stickers on the packages according to the SKU.
②Print out labels and tape them on the packages.
A.If this is a return for large furnitures, please notify the courier the label when they come pick up the package.
B.If you are returning the packages by dropping them off in a local courier, please tape the labels on the packages correctly.
3. Handover the Package to Couriers
1)Return by Pick-Up
① Please be aware the pick-up time and be ready for the pick-up
P.s 1:If the pick-up was failed due to customer responsibilities, the additional fee for re-arrange the pick-up is at customers' expense.
P.s 2:If couriers fail to pick up the packages at the agreed time, please contact us immediately.
② If you wish to change the appointment for pick-up
Please contact your courier to reschedule the pick-up before the original appointment and notify our customer service.
2)Drop-Off at Collection Points
Please drop off packages at any collection point provided within 7 days receiving return labels/stickers. Take some photos during returning packages and send the photos and proof of return to our customer service. This helps to speed up the return process and ensure the return is traceble.
3)Drop-Off at Our Local Facilities
Please drop off packages during our local facilities' business hours. Take some photos on site while returning packages. Please send them to our customer service in order to speed up the process.
4)Upload a Proof of Return
A.Return by yourself: Upload a receipt of return with tracking information.
B.Return with our labels: Upload some photos of couriers come pick up the packages or some photos that show you are returning the packages in local couriers.
5)Wait For Packages to be Delivered
We will keep tracking the return delivery. Once packages are delivered and checked by our staff in local facilities, if there is no further issue, we will refund you accordingly.
