In order to process your after-sale request faster, please follow the guideance below and provide us complete information, photos and videos.
1. What to provide when it's about gerneral after-sale request?
- A clear photo of the outer shipping box(example below):

- Some photos of the shipping label and the item SKU


- A picture to show the product is well-packed inside
Kindly note that for unopened packages, please just send a picture of the outer package. If you opened the box without taking out the product, please just leave it in the package while taking photos.
- A full view picture of the product if it has ever been taken out. If not, please skip this step.
- If there are multiple items for the same product, please place them side by side in order to get a picture together.
2. What to provide when there is an issue with products?
Please provide us with some relevant photos and videos according to the product's category. This helps our product department determine the issue and come up with the best solution.
1)Toilet:
- Some photos of the product with the barcode located on the toilet lid and on the right side of the toilet. Please see below photos for your reference.
- A clear video which shows any malfunction/issue.

2)Lights
- A clear picture to show the soldered wires. Please see below photos for yourreference.

3)Other catagories including uneven surface issues, drawers that can't be closed/opened properly or crooked handles:
- Some clear pictures to show the whole product, the side and inside of the drawers. Please see below photos for your reference.
- Some videos to show the malfunction/issue.

3. What to provide when receiving damaged products?
- Some full view photos of the product
- Some close-up photos of the defective details
- If more than one product is defective, please kindly take one photo with all the products together or a video to show all the issues.
4. What to provide when receving incomplete parts for products?
- Should your product be missing any parts, we need you to take out all the parts and hardware, and take a photo of them laid out out as in the below photo, in addition to the packaging and label photo requested above. This helps us to determine what's missing.
